Before shipment, we carry out final inspection based on AQL standards, covering critical, major and minor defects. Packing, labeling, carton marks and shipment approval are also checked before goods are released.

Sample development takes 10-15 days depending on style complexity. Bulk production lead time is 30-60 days after sample confirmation and deposit, varying by order quantity, material sourcing and production schedule.

We accept T/T bank transfer (30%-50% deposit, balance before shipment), L/C at sight for larger orders, and PayPal for sample payments. Payment terms can be discussed for long-term partnership programs.

Yes. We support custom hang tags, heat transfer logos, embossed logos, zipper pullers, dust bags, inner boxes, outer carton printing and retail-ready packaging. Share your brand guidelines and we will provide suitable options.

We sign NDAs and design confidentiality agreements upon request. Your exclusive designs, molds and patterns remain your property and will not be shared or reproduced for other buyers without written authorization.

Yes, buyers are welcome to visit our Guangzhou showroom and development base. Factory visits to our Henan facility or Cambodia production base can also be arranged with advance notice. We support buyer audits and supplier verification.

We control restricted substances from the material sourcing stage, including PU, fabric, lining, hardware, zipper, coating and printing materials. For EU orders, we can arrange testing through recognized laboratories such as SGS, Intertek, BV or the customer’s nominated lab.
Common testing items may include Azo, Phthalates, Lead, Cadmium, Nickel release and other restricted substances required by the customer or market.
