OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing) means you provide the design or specification and we manufacture to your requirements. ODM (Original Design Manufacturing) means we propose designs based on your market brief, using our development studio to create products that match your target customer and price point.

Typical MOQ for OEM orders is 500-1,000 pieces per style. For ODM styles using existing factory patterns, lower MOQs may be available. MOQ depends on style complexity, materials and customization requirements. Please contact us with your program details for a specific quote.

For clear buyer briefs using available materials, sample development target is 5-7 working days. Complex styles with specialized materials, new molds or special hardware may require additional time. We provide progress updates throughout the sample process and revisions are managed within a clear timeline.

Yes. We match to Pantone references for materials, thread and hardware finishes. Color approval samples are provided before production begins. Multiple colorways per style can be managed within the same production run.

Bulk production lead time is typically 30-45 days after sample approval, depending on order volume, material availability and production complexity. We provide regular production updates and can accommodate accelerated timelines for confirmed programs.

Our QC process includes: incoming material inspection, in-line production checks during cutting and assembly, pre-shipment final inspection covering appearance, dimensions, function and packaging. Inspection reports and photos can be shared for buyer review. Third-party inspection is also welcome.
