Smu ACCESSORY

A clear decoration decision guide for buyers who need the logo to survive real use, match target cost and avoid sample-round waste.

Logo technique should be decided by artwork complexity, base material, order quantity and how the finished bag will be used. Simple one or two color marks usually favor screen printing because setup is direct and the hand feel stays clean on canvas or non-woven materials.

Heat transfer is stronger when the artwork contains gradients, small details or photographic color. It can look premium on promotional totes and fashion pouches, but buyers should confirm temperature tolerance for PU, coated fabric and delicate trims before approving bulk production.

Embroidery gives a tactile, long-life brand mark on cotton, twill, denim and structured panels. It is less suitable for very fine typography or waterproof panels where needle holes can change performance.

Buyer checklist

  • Ask for one decoration test on the real bulk material.
  • Confirm logo size, placement, edge distance and Pantone standard before sampling.
  • Use the simplest process that meets brand value and durability expectations.
